Suggested Use

1 tablet per day, with or between meals. Can be taken 1-2 times per day. 

Other Ingredients

(Natural mineral or vegetable source): cellulose, stearic acid, modified cellulose, silica. Coating: Vegetable food glaze (dextrin, dextrose, soy lecithin, carboxy methyl cellulose, sodium citrate).
