Overview
Thorne NiaCel 400 is a Nicotinamide Riboside supplement that provides 415 mg of NR, as NR Hydrogen Malate, in each capsule. As a precursor, NR gives the body a direct building block for NAD+, the coenzyme that fuels cellular energy production.
Each capsule also supplies 85 mg of betaine anhydrous (trimethylglycine, or TMG), a methyl donor the body uses in methylation. The two ingredients are combined in a single capsule for active adults.
